The villa is currently in design development, with construction scheduled to begin in October 2026 and completion planned for 2027. Architecture, landscape, interiors and furnishings are developed as one integrated composition, connecting the garden, shared living areas and private rooms through clear contemporary volumes. Warm timber, pale stone and natural light create an open, calm residential atmosphere.
